The check-in process was fairly smooth.
During my stay, I faced numerous issues that left me feeling disappointed. The room was very dirty, with filthy pillowcases and sticky floors, making it hard to relax. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn't work at all, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Although the staff were somewhat polite, the overall atmosphere felt off, and I wasn't able to enjoy my time there.

Service with a smile, but.
I enjoyed waking up to the friendly smiles of the morning staff, making my days brighter amidst some challenges.
Sadly, the lack of towels and slow service in the afternoons left me feeling neglected during my stay.

The kids loved the pool area. it was a hit for our family! The spacious room was perfect for our group of five, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient for our trips around Greensboro.
In my wife's opinion, more amenities for kids would be great.

I had a nice experience during my stay, especially enjoying the comfy bed and the cool air conditioning that made my nights peaceful. I also appreciated a little downtime by the pool and the lounge area, which were nice spots to relax. The only downside was the limited TV channels available, but overall, it was a great place to unwind! 😊

I found Travel Inn to be a basic place for a one-night stay. The location was convenient for exploring Greensboro, and the pricing was budget-friendly. However, there were several issues that impacted my experience. The room had a noticeable odor, and I noticed unclean bedding. The towels provided were insufficient. I had to exchange dirty ones for clean instead of receiving extra. The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned, and there was a fridge that looked rusty inside, which was unappealing. Wi-Fi didn’t connect well, and the flat-screen TV offered limited channels. Overall, while the price was attractive, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired.
